February unboxing - Owlcrate box
Hello my sweet followers!
And I finally received my Owlcrate box, the last one of the month after receiving the Fauryloot and Mille et un livres boxes. The monthly theme was Run away with the Circus. As usual, the monthly plan and the shipping costs are quite expensive (if you live in Europe) but you will not regret it.
What is it?
Owlcrate is a YA book box with different themes every month. They adapt their content according to their monthly theme. You receive a book recently published along with some goodies. All the goodies are created by famous Instagrammers/Bookstagrammers.
International book box
What is in it?
- A Night Circus tote bag created by Evie Bookish.
- A 'Le Cirque des Rêves' candle from Frostbeard Studio.
- A mini-doughnut lip balm created by Geek Fire Labs.
- A notepad made from recycled casino playing cards and created by Attic Journals.
- Sticky page flash from Girl of All Work.
- The book Caraval by Stephanie Garber.
What did you think about it?
I kind of laughed when I unboxed all the box's content because it is now the third time I receive Caraval, so I thought it was somehow funny. There is just one negative point: even though the candle had a really nice aesthetic, I really wasn't a fun of the smell. However, I am totally hooked by the tote bag. I received the red one and it is absolutely gorgeous. As for the lip balm, I really liked the idea but I feel like I am going to want to eat my lips the whole time, haha!
